Enclosed you will find copies of
submissions to the 2010 Triennial meeting.
These submissions are used by our boards to get
direction relative to lobbying efforts and projects
which Divisions feel our board should work on
between triennial meetings.
Submissions should be passed and
written up at Divisions meetings, be signed by the
Secretary/Treasurer and President of the Division,
and then forwarded to our office to be recieved by
us no later than March 17, 2010. Generally
speaking we ask that submissions be related to
railway operations within Ontario, however,
submissions related to any subject that can be
beneficial to our members and their family will be
entertained.
Submissions related to collective
agreement issues will not be entertained by our
board but will be forwarded to the relevant General
Chairman for handling.
