Manulife is currently working
on the 2009 fee guide for dental claims. Any
claims submitted for dental work January 1st,
2010 or later are being paid at the 2009
rates. This is wrong as we should now be on
the 2010 fee guide as per the MOS. Brother
Fulton and I have been in contact with Manulife
and Senior Management to have this corrected, so
far it has not been fixed. In meantime, anyone
submitting new dental claims should check the
amounts that are being reimbursed to the
dentist. If they are incorrect contact Manulife
so that reimbursement can be made to the Dentist
once this corrected.
